Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Free to any paid plan anytime. Downgrading is also possible, just contact support or manage your subscription in your account settings.
Is there a commitment for the 3-month or monthly plans?
The 3-month plan is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal, perfect for focused trip planning. The monthly plan is a flexible subscription you can cancel anytime with no penalties.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime through your account dashboard, which you can access by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner when logged in. The 3-month plan does not auto-renew, so no cancellation is necessary.
Can I use the tools for multiple trips or travellers?
Yes! Your membership covers all your trips and can be used for multiple travellers in your group.
What if I have dietary restrictions not listed on the site?
Our AI and tools are designed to handle a wide range of allergies and dietary needs. If you have a unique restriction, give it a go as it should work but if your unsure contact us with the details and we will look into it. We’re always expanding and improving.
How often is the information updated?
As our AI powered tools are powered by both AI and live search they are always using current data. We also regularly update our planning guide, translation app reviews and tips and tricks to ensure you have the most accurate and safe travel advice.
